Founded by author and practitioner Anne Barratt, the imprint was created to publish books that honour lived experience, depth, and integrity. Each title is thoughtfully developed to support readers through life’s transitions, losses, and moments of reorientation, offering language and insight where it is often missing.
Our publications span reflective nonfiction, companion workbooks, and fiction, united by a common thread: helping people make sense of what has been felt but not always named. Rather than offering quick fixes or prescriptive solutions, Empowering Publishing House is committed to works that invite presence, self-trust, and inner guidance.
