For more than thirty years, my life’s work has centred on one question:
What helps people create lasting transformation?
The answer has taken me on an extraordinary journey.
I began my career in the corporate world, spending over two decades in business, marketing and leadership. Those years taught me how people think, make decisions, communicate, and create meaningful change within organisations.
Yet despite professional success, I found myself increasingly drawn to a different question—not how businesses grow, but how people do.
That curiosity became a lifelong commitment to understanding the deeper influences that shape our wellbeing, our relationships, our beliefs, and ultimately the direction of our lives.
Today, through Empowering Institute, I bring together practical education, transformational frameworks and decades of lived and professional experience to help people reconnect with themselves, release what has been holding them back, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.
Over the past two decades, I have immersed myself in the study of human transformation.
My work integrates advanced training across kinesiology, counselling, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy™, Human Design, breathwork, frequency technologies, positive psychology and many other complementary approaches.
While these disciplines each offer valuable insights, I discovered that no single modality provides every answer.
The greatest breakthroughs occur when we understand the whole person—mind, body, emotions, energy and life experience—and bring those pieces together in a practical, compassionate way.
That philosophy became the foundation for Empowering Institute.
It also inspired the creation of The North Star Method™, my signature framework for helping people recognise what has been keeping them stuck, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create lasting, meaningful change.

Today, my mission is simple:
